MY DOG CAN'T TOLERATE EVERYTHING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We make sure that foods have antiallergenic  are to be used. However, if your loved one has allergies, please note the list of ingredients and/or contact us for an individual order. 

HOW MUCH FOOD DOES MY DOG NEED?

WHY DOES MY DOG DEFECATE LESS WITH THE MENUS?

Thanks to the fresh preparation of the menus and the high digestibility of the ingredients, your pet can absorb many nutrients. This leads to less defecation.

HOW DO YOU CHANGE YOUR DIET?

  • Get used to the new food gradually

  • For a problem-free transition, we recommend a period of 6-10 days, possibly over a longer period if your four-legged friend is sensitive and/or difficult to switch to a new foo

  • At the beginning of the changeover (very) small proportion (1/4 max.) deMix the new food with the usual food and increase the amount in small steps every day until the new food is finally completely switched over

  • A slow/proper change in food is important so that the animal's digestive enzymes and intestinal flora can slowly adapt to the new food and no digestive problems (soft stool, diarrhea) occur

 

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER? 

We are happy to accept your individual order from 5kg. Please contact us for more specific requests. 

HOW WILL THE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • From Mon - Wed and Fri until 10:00 am ordered and you will receive the package the next day ( except Thursdays, Sundays, public holidays, long weekends, Christmas and New Year). Please note that with increased orders there may be delays or longer delivery times.

  • Why don't we ship on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year? Since the post office is closed on these days, the cold chain and the freshness of the menus cannot be guaranteed.

  • The menus for your pet are shipped in recyclable cool boxes to ensure that the food reaches you in perfect condition.

  • We calculate the shipping costs for the delivery of your exquisite dog food depending on the order quantity. From a purchase value of 250 CHF Shipping is free for you.

  • Shipping is only possible within Switzerland. Shipping is via Swiss Post.

  • The fresh, chilled meals are sent with the Express Moon delivery. The Express Moon delivery should be with you by 9 a.m. the next day. The shipping costs for the Express Moon delivery are 17 CHF for a shopping cart value of less than 250 CHF.

  • Non-chilled food is shipped with priority shipping. The priority delivery should be with you the next working day. The shipping costs for priority delivery are 10.50 CHF for a shopping cart value of less than 250 CHF. Currently, the shipping time for your order is a maximum of 1-2 working days and we are constantly working on a faster solution.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay with PayPal, credit card and advance payment. 

Please note that if you choose to pay in advance, the menus will only be prepared after receipt of payment has been confirmed.
