4 External services

We use various third-party services on our website. Below we explain in detail which services are involved, what we use them for and what data is collected.

4.1 Google Analytics

We use the web analysis tool Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We only use Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIP" function. This function removes the last octet of the IP address. For this reason, individual assignment is not possible. Google Analytics uses cookies (for cookies, see section 2 above), which enable us to analyze your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your visit to our pages (time of visit and the referring sources, details of the system configurations and your provider, including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Google LLC for the transfer of data to the USA. You can obtain a copy on request at datenschutz@petsdeli.de.

Google will use the aforementioned information, as well as reports on impressions in the Google Display Network, to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on the activities of our website for us and to provide other services related to the use of our website and the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Further information about Google LLC and Google Analytics can be found at (http://www.google.com). You can find Google's privacy policy at: http://www.google.com/intl/de/privacypolicy.html#information

You can object to the collection, storage and use of data by Google Analytics at any time. To object to the collection of data by Google Analytics and thus deactivate it, you need a browser add-on. The add-on informs the Google Analytics JavaScript that you do not want information about your website visit to be transmitted to Google Analytics. You must download and install the add-on. You can find more information on how to deactivate Google Analytics and further information on downloading the add-on at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The web analysis remains deactivated as long as the add-on is not deactivated or deleted by Google. Therefore, please do not delete the add-on as long as web analysis is not wanted. The add-on is set per browser and computer. Therefore, if you access our pages with different browsers, you must add the add-on separately.

4.2 Google Ads (formerly Doubleclick)

Google Ads is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google uses cookies to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you. Google assigns a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to your browser for this purpose. This is used to check which ads have been displayed in your browser and which ads have been viewed. Google Ads cookies enable Google and its partner websites to display ads based on previous visits to our or other websites on the Internet. No personal data is stored in the cookies. The cookie set may occasionally contain an additional anonymized identifier to track the user's contact with a particular campaign. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA and stored there. The data collected and stored in this way is only evaluated for statistical purposes and in anonymized form. We have agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Google LLC for the transfer of data to the USA. You can obtain a copy on request at datenschutz@petsdeli.de.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookies and relating to your use of the website and from processing this data by Google by making the appropriate settings under the following link http://www.google.com/settings/ads For more information, please visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

4.3 Facebook Custom Audiences

We use Custom Audiences from Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. If you have a Facebook user account, this allows our advertising to be displayed to you in a targeted manner. For this purpose, the Facebook pixel establishes a direct connection between your page and the Facebook servers and transmits your usage data from our website to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. If you are a Facebook user, this data can be assigned to your Facebook account. Through tracking, Facebook may be able to track your activities across several pages. Your data may be processed by Facebook Ireland Limited on the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. We have agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Facebook Inc. for the transfer of data to the USA. You can obtain a copy on request at datenschutz@petsdeli.de. As the service and the data processing that takes place via this service are the sole responsibility of Facebook, we have no influence whatsoever on the possible processing of personal data. Further information on the collection and use of data by Facebook can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

We use the remarketing or "similar target groups" function of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") on our website. This function serves the purpose of analyzing visitor behavior and visitor interests.

Google uses cookies to carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. Cookies are used to record visits to the website and anonymized data on the use of the website. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.

Your data may also be transferred to the USA. We have agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Google LLC for the transfer of data to the USA. You can obtain a copy on request at datenschutz@petsdeli.de.

You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the following link and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=de
