1.0 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) of Suun AG select dog food apply to legal transactions carried out via the online shopwww.suun.ch be processed. The online shop is operated by Suun AG (hereinafter referred to as Suun AG).

Suun AG reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version at the time of the order is decisive.

Offers are valid as long as they are in the  Online shop can be found and or while stocks last.

A customer is any legal or natural person who initiates or maintains a business relationship with Suun AG.

2.0 Services from Suun AG

We always strive to keep our online shop up to date and error-free. We provide our services with a high level of professionalism and always meet our high quality standards in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the other provisions and service points.

3.0 Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by Suun AG. Acceptance takes place by confirming the order via email and sending the goods to the customer, without the need for a written declaration.

3.1 Age verification / credit check
To ensure compliance with legal regulations, we carry out a credit check including the associated age check.

4.0 Pricing information
All prices at the time of ordering are net in CHF and include VAT. The total weight may vary slightly for offers with weight due to moisture loss.

5.0 Shipping/postage costs
Shipping only takes place within Switzerland. The postage costs shown in the online shop always apply. In principle, a flat shipping fee applies up to an order value of CHF 250.00. For amounts over CHF 250.00 we deliver free of charge without additional shipping costs. We deliver all parcels with PostPac Priority and Swiss Post or via our own courier.

The recipient undertakes to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and, in the case of products with a cold chain, to cool them professionally. Suun AG is not liable for transport damage or damage resulting from improper storage by the customer.

Shipping generally takes place on working days from Monday to Thursday. Except for bridging days and public holidays. Due to the cold chain, we do not ship items on Friday, or only with an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

6.0 Prices and payment terms
The purchase contract is based on the prices published at the time the order is received. The customer undertakes to use one of the payment methods offered to him and thereby pay for the items. The amounts are authorized beforehand and only charged upon dispatch (so-called confirmation).

7.0 Complaints/right of withdrawal
The right of return is excluded for the following products:

• Fresh food

• Products that are no longer sealed

• Products that have already been used and, for example, have damage/signs of wear

• Custom orders/event services and personalized products

• Products from promotions

• The original packaging of these products was deliberately damaged

 

8.0 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Suun AG until full payment has been made.

9.0 Copyright and content of the online shop
All content and images are the property of Suun AG and/or the respective licensors such as (Shutterstock.com) or our suppliers. These may not be copied or used for other purposes without consent.

10.0 Data Protection
The data protection regulations are an integral part of these terms and conditions.

11.0 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Suun AG. The contract is subject to Swiss law.

12.0 Severability clause
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid or ineffective, this will have no influence on the effectiveness of the remaining provisions and these General Terms and Conditions as a whole.

13.0 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions can change at any time; we always keep a current version number and the current date of the last adjustments.
